I know that proportions are a bit off… And I know why. I look at things I draw from wrong angle, my table is too low and most of the drawings I do are “taller” than intended. A learning effect…

Single Rose

Years ago I was visiting Auschwitz Concentration Camp with a friend of mine out of the USA. Walking through one of the halls I saw this – a single rose on a display cabinet with small child shoes in it. I had to take this picture quickly and this is why this image is not sharp… But it still breaks my heart every time I look at it.
